I have scale to an extent, maybe not enough for this, and I also have other landlords that may join me in something like this.

Land deed, and or property deeds?

If this is done incorrectly by a contractor without the relevant experience, licensing and insurance; it could land you in some hot water with regard to safety of your tenants, being financially liable for damage etc. 

Been looking at land to build in southern new hampshire there are 2 lots that look decent only issue is they dont have their own road access has anyone had any luck with gaining access through other properties or working something out with the town?
