I got my license before transitioning my flipping business to fully wholesaling, so I was using it to list my flips, and I just kept it active.If you are going to get licensed, make sure you disclose that to both the seller and the end buyer!

I know IMN does a good job of publishing the participant list 2 weeks prior to the conference.

In short, for the type of protection you're looking for, Wyoming is currently at the top of the list.

This home, unfortunately,  meets the criteria of log cabin because of the heat source but appreciate the long list of things Easy Street DOES allow. 

Have them stay at a hotel for a month and get all the repairs done and then start fresh with a pretext of listing the unit to the public.

Do your research on here as there is too much to list but I think you will see.Putting arbitrage aside it leaves buying investment properties and/or managing/cohosting. 

You can't expect to get a good deal and have an inspector walk through, give you a punch list, then get a bunch of contractors out there to give you estimates.
