I said that I would walk if they didn't up my nightly rate, which they did, but still not to a level I was comfortable with as quickly as I wanted.They recommended a cleaning company, but I ended up letting them go in favor of Moxie Girl, which specializes in short term rental cleaning and who I highly recommend.With all this said, I have continued with Evolve as my rates are now where they need to be and I like the convenience.Hope this helps!
