From what I've read, homepath is the most accurate source. okay fine.Issue: My agent was able to show me the first property (the 1 on homepath that's under contract), but not the second (the 1 on homepath that's 'back on market').Could someone tell me why this is?

I usually end up paying $100 in materials.I'm not trying to take food out of your mouth, what i'm saying is, I don't want to pay $2000 for a $500 furnace, and then $2000 in 'labor' for a job that takes one guy and his Igor less than a full day to complete.One last thing, if you clear $240 for a furnace install (1-6 hours, it varies) you are KILLING it.
