I am looking at downtown parking spaces and wondering if it is possible to find and bundle 10 or so parking spaces from different owners and then to be able to get one loan on the whole thing.

@Khang NguyenWhen you do maintenance/fix things - i.e. a broken cabinet door - or when you clean and paint during turnover, those activities are generally classified as expenses.When you add or renew things to the property such as fixtures (lights, plumbing); a new HVAC system; new roof, new flooring, etc.

According to the owner it's been grand fathered in (still need to find out what that means) and he has no issues with zoning.One thing I did notice is that a unit on the 2nd floor only has a single egress, just the front door on the 1st floor
