Reason why I said time for reset and try again is because I am going thru divorce and the condo will go to my ex.  

I’ve considered a construction loan to build everything at once, but the stringent conditions and potential delays make me hesitant, especially since this would be my first time seeking such a loan.I would appreciate any advice on the best way to make this work.

@Rosemary Earl - the first obvious question is what does your competition offer and are they sitting vacant too? 

Stains may be yellow or brown and get darker over time.

Out of state and institutionally funded can be tough to close at times.
