I figured out that I came into this world broke and naked and best I can tell I will leave the same way so anything extra I can get in this short life is a bonus for me and the Last I checked I’m still breathing and able to move so I am going to make hay while the sun is shining .the wise words of a great philosopher and theologian named Ted nuggent sum up my strategy .. “ your born over here at point A .. and you die or here at point B , the goal is to kick maximum a$& in between these two points . “

Yes, I had to do some extra wheel spinning because I didn’t have 2 years of job and income history, but as long as your finances is in order - which is not a problem in your case, it seems - you should be good.Maybe it’s going to be easier for your wife, because of the W2 job.As far as the first 6 or so months go, as others suggested, you can be a hard money lander for other investors.

Honestly I get annoyed with that kind of thinking cause people gives me **** thinking the stuff I have are due to rich parents...Well the truth is: it is from only sleeping 3-4 hrs a day, every time I have a break from work I research economics, financial news, etc.
