STL is struggling to attract/keep residents, there's some cool/big ideas and projects/investments but overall it's a long long long term play.Just like Stockton if they can find a way to keep people from leaving and then start attracting new people it'd be a huge win, but it'll be slow and ton of external factors will impact it.

I got 7 people on the phone in the first 10 leads 2 were motivated sellers ... the one I have a contract on was a referral from a contractor we use ... and I got a call back from a seller with a 5 acre commercial property ... its just been very frustraiting to spend time on fast people search and true people search and county tax info web sites  looking up info and waisting time .
