We have two other tenants (a bakery and sports bar) who the previous owner prohibited from having tables and chairs out for customers.  

As the owner of a plumbing company, I definitely understand the need to answer questions for free in hopes of getting work from some of the potential customers, but I also hate bugging people when I know I might not ever hire them.

@Steve VaughanIt was @Dennis M. who came up with the "half-gnawed McRib" gag that really made the name pop.It's pretty simple to claim I do not have a relationship with McRib Seminars International, because, after all, there is no company, product or service...I realize and appreciate that Bigger Pockets has to keep the rapacious self-promoters in this business out of the forums.

Ideally you'll get one or two that work the door check IDs, they're better at "customer service"....
