(if you are not already fimmilliar with mls contracts "do-so" This way the agent gets compensated for the deals closed on and not burned out looking for deals.and of course there is the possibillity of reffering listings if you do your own marketing (listing refferalls on housing that are not deals for you)It really comes down to your business model and knowing the value of it as well as knowing exactly what you want in a working realtionshipSet those MeetingsGood Luck

The lease is actually signed by a separate company that put up the tower and then it leases space to companies like T-Mobile, etc.
