Hiusing a 100K property as an example (turnkey), with a 25 year loan, 76K, 5.6% p.a. that would mean the first year roughly 4K interest, and the depreciation would be 100k/27.5=3.6K, so total 7.6K - 630 USD/month.Now did I understand correctly that the 630 $ should taken out against the monthly cashflow without a loan, not including vacancy, capex ?

@Clint Morris You can have up to 10 mortgages with Fannie Mae and up to 10 with Freddie Mac for a total of 20 conforming, conventional mortgages.

Clearly the downside is each portfolio will not grow / compound as quickly due to lack of total focus.On the other hand / upside, if one does well  it can feed the other and if both do well that’s even better.My motivation for asking is because I am already 100% invested in stock market as I am just learning about REI.
