Considering you are just starting out, you can not afford to have your first project go bad, you will make less money on the house but you will gain experience and be in a position to easily attract lenders on your second project.

It is so easy to take out 4 or 5 tiles and replace it with something unique so it becomes part of the design.

Not to mention we can do things like sending notifications to your device to alert you of things happening at BP you might want to take notice of.Another aspect is that native apps afford us a "blank slate" in terms of design.

I am more attracted to single family residential properties for building equity and cashflow.

I actually Googled "buy and sell websites" in an effort to educate myself on this tangential business.However, my advice to you is that it's in your best interest to embellish your profile if you are looking to attract funding/lenders.

I have nothing to lose in that case except that my return on money would not be as attractive.
