After every flip, you reuse the original cash on the next deal, and accumulate the profits enough to buy "Cash flow" properties. 

If that's the case, you'll continue to accelerate towards financial freedom at a very high rate, and be able to accumulate multiple significant investment properties each year. 

Lesson learned: Never allow tenants to accumulate things in common areas.

I'm focused on accumulating as many multis as I can.
