I always thought that to be a bad idea but anyway....When the money is paid back, it's with interest (I'm told) to the account holder.So, the 401k has no fees when using it as allowed to withdraw from.

I was addicted.2) We decided to make our first procurement a rental for his son while he was going to college (slow Flip is what we called it)  After we found this house we were not going to be able to get it ready in time for school  and that strategy was out the window.3) Got on bigger pockets market place and found a house in Indianapolis and went to look at it.

I was working for my Uncle at the time who owns a lot of buy and holds and we went to one of his SFRs which recently became vacant and the previous renter left his brother behind (mid 30s but very slow mentally) and he was using pots around the house for bathrooms for at least a month.
