You have to personally go to their village hall to order the inspection (they won't do it over the phone) and then you have to go back and personally be at the property for the inspection. 

Make 100 calls, talk to 10-15 people, maybe find 1 person interested in an offer.

The reality is many of these are not deals because the sellers will not do subto.Its like asking a married person to marry you and leave their spouse.

Current Payment P & I payment is $1,200/ Mo Husband and wife are on TITLE - their Dissolution of marriage calls for the WIFE to pay $550,000 to the husband and then she can KEEP the 100% of the home.
