if you do settle in one metro area for a tour of at least 3 years..If you planned to stay at after you get out of service if you plan to you might decide to get into a deal while you have the steady military income.

If you are not lcal to GA then fly in and tour multiple areas.You might find when you get here the areas you thought of you do not like and other areas you haven't explored have more merit.I do not like areas with FLIP values that are highly cyclical.
