Padding costs--you are introducing this idea but there is no evidence for it.

I  am a single mom have a full time job as a plan builder for the health  Insurance industry I was introduced to real estate investing by my dad who had asked me to help renovate his Philadelphia rental. 

I just wanted to introduce myself.

Been using it since you first released it and have been introducing it to a lot of other investors I work with.

Just bring your bright open mind to the table and I'll share with you whatever I know about the Philly market, best investment strategy with your budget and maybe introduce you to the network of my lenders, contractors...I saw me in you exactly several years ago.

I have finished The book on Rental Property Income, currently on Investing in Real Estate with No and Low Money Down, and have Rich Dad Poor Dad waiting for me.I guess the point of this post is to introduce myself and get your input of what to read next or where I can develop more knowledge about investing in South Eastern Mass.
