I saw a key pad deadbolt on sale at home depot for 90 dollars today.I am also getting her the press down handle for easy open instead of the turn knob which the twisting motions hurts the wrists.

Asked the BP community for advise on the bathroom before and it was super helpful, so hoping I could get some good input for the garden as well!

I bought cheap Home Depot cabinets to replace rotting ones and used the old doors on it.

If it's a high end flip you need to be going through a flooring contractor, and they will be able to meet on-site with sample boards and tell you what people in that desired home sale $$$$ range are expecting and looking for, not you guessing via Home Depot..... 

Any suggestions besides Home Depot and Loews?

My home has a backyard, small little garden.

"Bring your moisture meter for dry rot and outlet wiring tool (about $5 at Home Depot) to check proper wiring.Use mositure meter around windows and kitchen bath floor / tub / shower. 

Take photos of everything in the home prior to handing over to tenant- every light switch, every baseboard, drawers inand out, etc  So that when they move out, there is no debate as to the condition it was left to them.Be clear in the lease of who is responsible for what- pest control, gardening, repairs, etc. 

Not sure if all of you vets know but Home Depot is capping their 10% military discount at $400.00 per year.
