Unfortunately, many resources are American-based, and we are having a tough time finding Canadian-friendly information and tools.

To get the properties back in my name, I wrote a 20K check to FATCO (First American Title).

We live in an on demand society, movies, food, transportation - we order it when we need it.

New American Funding offered me 75% of the value of the home not 75% of the equity on a cash out refi.

Those that have been built to get around this like American Homes 4 Rent need a ton of inventory to make a dent and as such its doubtful they will get the same deals you can if you do your homework.Of course on the flip side there are positives such as the fact that a REIT management team will avoid some of the mistakes one if bound to make a newer investor and they can be a lot more sophisticated in their financing. 

American Dogwoods do get anthracnose but if you make sure they're getting some sun it will keep it down.

My current favorite IUL is through North American, and I have 2 companies that I am using for whole life Lafayette and Mass Mutual. 

Mind you, my country of Canada is only 7 spots in front of the US and in position 30, which I find shocking too but, sadly, am not too surprised about.Did you know that more and more Americans go to Mexico for elective surgeries or dental treatment?
