The only downside is it’s hosted by a guy by the name Zach Childress and sadly I’ve seen more of where he scams and stuff then actual good reviews.

We host meetups, network and analyze deals on a regular basis.

I also host one local meetup in Forest Park, IL, and attend a land lord meeting in Berwyn.

Albany has a United Tenants Alliance that hosts a landlording class for new homeowners.

@Derek Tellier hosts a RE meet up that floats from Knoxville, Maryville, and Sevierville.

Any STR owners out there had a chance to compare the impact of the traditional shared host-renter AirBnB fee model to the alternative host-only fee model?
