What are the prices like in Oklahoma City?

@Pete Mathias on top of what others have said be aware that the city of Tacoma have decided in their wisdom to ape Seattle with respect to LL-tenant rulings.

Most expensive cities have sub markets that are more affordable.

City planning and zoning question. 

We had to get the city to rezone this to multi family, which took a couple of months.

This is a larger city though and that may not be an option in smaller communities with a less diverse tenant pool. 

We have tenant in a sf in the best neighborhood of the  city on a dead end street.Sec 8 failed huge deck because of peeling paint. 

Is this proper Cleveland or including the west and east suburbs.With that being said it would seem both Cleveland and Cincinnati are on the exact same population trend.The title to this thread should have been is every city in Ohio other than your beloved Columbus the next Detroit.
