I scraped off crystallized dried cat urine from the floor in double garage, using a garden hoe, then we power washed it, used hydrogen peroxide in gallon jugs from beauty supply applied that to help get more of the urine up and off..

Why are mobile home parks, medical office, car washes, neighborhood strip centers, daycares, laundromats or assisted living not discussed more here?

Longshoreman- trucking, truck washing, truck parking, offloading/staging, railcar, etc. 

I've seen people looking for places to stay on both (West Wash Park area mostly).

If you want a great deal look into the NSP programs around here both my sister and I have bought houses through these and you cannot beat the deal (Prices have gone up since this but I bought a Fully rehabbed 3/3 for 69k with 30k deferred for 15 years and if you keep it for 15 yrs the 30k is washed). 

I have a feeling that they took my money and would like nothing more than to wash their hands of our deposit liability by the sale of the home.. is this legal?
