My wife and I are up to 4 properties, 1 of them being a triplex and have been keeping track of everything ourselves in separate spreadsheets and folders but it’s becoming too much and I know there are better systems out there for organizing.

If you’re spending all of your time managing your organizing paperwork, sorting through crazy amounts of bills and making sure you’re writing checks from the correct account, balancing dozens of checkbooks, life won’t be very fun.Then again, neither is getting your *** sued.

Thanks for the response @Steve Hiltabiddle.The "Hard money lenders" I'm referring to usually call themselves "private lenders", although to me a private lender is someone you have/create a relationship with rather than a large organized business that lends money for real estate.One of the lenders I've used in the past is called Capital Funding Financial.
