Having a strong technology background I found BiggerPockets during one of my searches and immediately joined.

Technology makes this much easier today.

Now I work for a company outside of Charlotte, NC that has some pretty cool real estate technology that we have made available to the general public.

Some IRA providers have better online technology to make these requests easier than others. 

Since people in this age group did not grow up with all this technology, it's like a foreign language to them.
