If you decide to go this route, I strongly suggest you have the same expiration date for all the leases. 

I would like to connect with other investors or possibly partner with those who have already invested in this area.

Price range of around $300k US, and ideally a location with strong STR and LTR potential. 

I strongly recommend not doing more than a 1 year lease.

If you want to buy them out of their lease early, I strongly encourage you to engage an attorney. 

The thing is with Raleigh specifically, is that much of our inflation is a natural outcome of strong growth:- Many Fortune 100 companies and 500 are establishing headquarters here- A significant influx of people moving into the area.
