It will go away with the next crisis/recession.  

So, I guess if you really want to pick at what I said, then I suppose there is in fact room now for interest rates to go down (maybe half a point-ish) if we go into recession again like tomorrow! 

It was ok when I bought it several years ago but the recession pretty much killed the town eventually and any chances of higher rents.  

When and "IF" a recession occurs, its only going to bring the prices down around 15%-20% (mild recession).
