So that's kind of bizarre. and I'm not sure why they are stating that Florida's HOA liens are superliens if they are then wiped away with no funds due to the HOA in a mortgage foreclosure.It's weird because all of the other superlien investigation I've done, there tend to be small differences from state to state.

The few hours of work it took to install mine has payed off, with a battery back up the system does not go down even with power outages, they would have to smash my cameras to stop the recording.There may be legal issues though, if you are in a bad area where nefarious acts happen the police could take your system to conduct investigation.

Our first deal came from a For Sale By Owner opportunity because we were basically driving for dollars and investigating properties from MLS and from a listserv list, when we came across a for sale sign in a window of a three family house, called the number, owner occupant answered and let us in to see all three units, we drafted our own P+S that night and closed recently.
