Is the problem functional obsolescence?

I was thinking it would be best (since I'm new and trying to start up) to form a limited partnership in my home state of NY.

@Alex ShaughnessyI actually emailed Brandon requesting that they put a feature in where the property taxes would be a function of sale price.

Currently, we are in a partnership with our 2 cousins, but that will be dissolved as soon as the sale is complete.Since we have to identify a replacement property within 45 days, we've decided to join forces and purchase the next investment(s) together. 

We trained them in job functions that did not exist in the country until we opened our shop and gave them a future that they never imagined. 

The LLC is a partnership.

The agreement will set forth what both of us are expecting from the partnership.

I have a separate bank account for each partnership I have. 

(I understand these are terms my partner and I have to figure out but appreciate feedback to not set myself up for failure or him feel taken advantage of).Question 2: once the earlier described partnership is established (parent with subsidiary LLC's) is it a once and done or does it need to be rewritten for each deal?
