Because the overpass is 5 miles up the road and would take much more time and effort, all the while not providing the adrenaline rush that I need to get out of my system.

It was a nice 3000 sq ft  house on a 2 acre wooded lot across the street from a 30 sq mile recreational reservoir where lake frontage homes were listed at $500,000 and up. 

This is a college town and the property is about 1-1.5 miles from college.

Didn’t meet the two back tenets but again the walk through and the inspection didn’t show any major problems.So my loan guy tells me today that the appraiser might label the property C5, which from what I understand is about as bad as a 10 mile wide asteroid hitting the earth as far as getting a loan approved.
