Will the legal expenses, mental energy and stress be worth what the buyer could reasonable gain?

Mental state is the toughest thing to achieve that no matter what life throws at you that you will persevere through it.My father was killed in a car accident when I was 16 years old and I lost my best friends father to cancer that year along with my grandmother ( my mom's mother).  

Eventually, everyone gets old, and you no longer for physical or mental issues are no longer able to do your job, thus active investing does have a finite limit on it.

The mentality of the politicians is insane.

I never understood that mentality of going without, for your entire prime years so you can retire someday.

Loc, we have mental institutions and nursing homes for people who can't manage their own bodies.Rich I agree, a guy like that needs to be violating some existing law somewhere, public health, public preditor, something, and taken off the streets, I'd rather see him go away than some kid with an ounce too much loco weed.

You aren't the only one on this forum that has hit this mental barrier.

You might win in court, but will the time, money and your mental well being be worth it in the long run.
