If the point is to take some next action, then the education has to be geared towards making that next action possible, whether it's direct information (Pick up the phone and call 100 leads) or indirect support material (You can start your own business, you have to conquer your mental enemies, etc).

This is a true abundance mentallity!

They have stated that it is limiting and discouraging to others to tell them that they should have savings on hand before they begin to invest.So I figured that since so many are already offended that I might as well go all the way and state they if they are an adult (let’s say over the age of 30 to give a some years post college) and they don’t have 20k in savings that they are not living financially wise principles and that real estate won’t fix their mental money problems.Let’s say that someone starts earning 40k a year as a single person at age 25.

Newbies take this as the gospel and as a license mentally to go 100% financing and never have to put in their own money in .theres a reason they call it “investing “.

I told her I would, blew a mental raspberry and proceeded to continue feeling lost while "...sitting on the couch watching dancing with the stars."

They hire good people who are well-intentioned and create a boiler room like mentality where projects are pushed hard.  

But there is an elitist/protectionist mentality and I experienced it first hand.

I believe I have a better 'approach' than this "buy -n- hold" mentality that remains almost entirely beholden to whims of a highly controlled and regulated "casino play..." just like the rest of their "what goes UP, must come down, roller coaster" games.
