I am happy with a good tenant and + monthly but I will reevaluate when the lease runs out in March.

They'll be bound to that lease during those months, and then just by virtue of them expiring, March 1 will become month to month again.

Im currently working with a few small local banks to refi my second duplex in early March. 

My family will not be joining me before March/April, so we have thought that we will make the best of this period and get some first hand understanding of the two provinces and the country.Thank you so much!

Continue developing my motivated seller lead generation system so that I have at least 180 incoming leads a month by the end of March.

I'm a project and sales manager for a roofing company and do fairly well for myself but have a few months down time from mid December to mid March where I would like to fill my time with flipping a house or maybe two to start with.

I did this last year where I sold a rental in winter (listed February, closed early March).

Starting in March 2018, I will be retired from the W-2 job, but I do not want to "officially" retire from working.  

The lowest rates and highest vacancy occur in December, January, February, and March.
