Maybe, maybe notYou have to weight the pros / cons along with the risks.Your BP mentions you are 'new to real estate'.You are getting into a new asset class along with a business(I consider a STR more of a business than an investment).How much will you save in taxes?

I looked into several Etsy templates, even bought and tested one that can handle 20 properties, but it does not have the functionalities and interfaces that I am looking for at this stage in my real estate investment journey. 

This is the problem with telling everyone you have money to invest and having FOMO to dunk money into things, you believe way too much.

But as I focus exclusively on representing landlords in their interactions with Housing Authorities, my perspective has shifted significantly.

A freind of mine recently had an interesting experience investing there, and it's got me thinking.
