I would definitely report him to TREC, as a real estate agent or broker we have to follow rules and act with honesty and integrity.

These guys have integrity, we stand behind our products, and it was no accident that I chose to put my trust in them among so many people in this field with my best information and livelihood.As far as the product goes, I’ve seen some good questions, and I appreciate the support from those that are having success by taking action.Look guys, there are no “magic beans”.

People who act without integrity, whether they are wholesalers or agents give everyone a bad name.

Appfolio and other companies are closed systems so if any other software comes out in the future that would integrate Rent Manager has the best chance of making it available to its users.Appfolio and Buildium are closed systems so you will only be able to use the tools they offer, which are phenomenal but it's personal preference really!

The fall out from abruptly turning off the erent accounts forcing tenants to write checks, ACH, paypal, bill pay has been chaos for both the tenants and our attempting to track rent rolls with many different paths rent is now coming in for Nov...I take applications and do credit check / screening via service I won't name (the owner is in the same REIA as I'm in and am glad to support their company) and they are working on integrating a 3rd party $$ xfer processor.   

I'm aggressive, hard working, and value integrity more than money.
