Up here in the north the the most important features we came across when interviewing people was NO STAIRS, at all, not even 1, and everyone wanted a 1 car garage or a carport at a minimum to prevent them from needing to deal with snow.

The first 10 units I acquired were not very well suited for this when I purchased them, but I believe they are more stable now and I could implement this across most of the units.
