I've certainly pushed myself harder to shut her mouth.

We gave them a take it or leave it price instead.I would have probably sold for a little more than that, but the low ball offer left a sour taste in my mouth. 

However, having education (and not just word of mouth but rather proof on paper; ex. a diploma) will help you get that foot in the door at a faster and easier pace.

And those with more time tend to be happier.

I found a tenant thru word of mouth but it worked out for 4 yrs with them.

I would caution when speaking to management companies to leave the door open for them to stay on as management or you may just cut your arm off during the conversation as the sale would be taking food out of their mouth.

So we will “listen” to what the property is telling us… which is “you wound be so much happier without me!”

They have a fantastic reputation and I couldn't be happier with them.

That life is now past and I am a much happier person.

This is a business and you don't need people out there bad mouthing a landlord for gouging security deposits.I try to return 100% if possible.
