You get the option of copying/pasting the HTML from Postlets into craigslist, to make a really sharp ad.I never post the property number, only the street and the cross street, for my SFRs.

The only downside to it is that since it is new, the pricing strategy is based on current trends in your local VR market, and it is not crossed with historical data, because it will take them some time to build the historical data into their pricing algorithm.

Looking at the third photo that shows the guts of the unit, the battery terminals should be in the photo just above the green LED; the battery compartment would be to the right of the battery terminals, and the battery installs by rotating a plastic part that looks to be missing.

I'm not much of a computer person but I use excel in the most basic way to cross check what I've input to quickbooks and so there's no confusion later about who's rent was deposited, who paid cash ect.

That said, I do know someone that is house hacking by living in a mobile green pod in the backyard and renting his main house, which if fully compliant with rental ordinances.

Once you go through the process of legally crossing the "t" and dotting the "i" the law is clear, and it really helped me deal with a bad tenant.It took a while to get the registrations, inspections, lease verified etc done, but its good to have it all in place.
