RE isn't going to function as an assembly line producing a product at a certain output where the market is consistent.

I put much time into writing, simplifying and testing function logic.

I'm not in a creative functional area.

Thinking you're an investor and the loan being commercial isn't at the size, scope or collateral interest of the type of commercial loans where such releases might be customary, your deal is on a residence, not a warehouse, collateral is also an aspect of loan classifications.

So it's not just a function of how much money someone makes or if they filed BK it's about how they manage their money and what have they done lately??

(Obviously, we would still keeping the correct amount for repairs and a functioning association). 

When you know the characteristics of RE, the economic functions and relationships, learn proper terms and have a source to find them, understand government powers and influences.
