Is that what you meant by suggesting I figure out my strategy first or are you referring to Financing strategies or different methods depending on what the property costs, renovations needed, ROI, Cash flow, etc? 

Assuming this isn't some fake reference and I'm getting played, it seems like their story checks out and they may have been just ignorant in a bad situation and didn't understand the extent of what the court hearing they attended meant for their record.

I meant to say that the Value of our home is over 2x now, not the equity.

Can you clarify what you meant by the trauma level? 

Since all 81 units were located in one building, that meant that all investments (roof, painting, landscaping, elevator, etc..) benefit 81 units as opposed to dispersed buildings.
