Inflationary pressures incentivize just that- while the investor's loan costs are(or can be) fixed, rising rents can really goose returns and protect the investor against inflation.This path that we're taking was easy to see coming- we've had accommodative monetary policy for about a decade, and just when the economy hits full employment, we get accommodative fiscal policy as well, which in tandem with easy monetary policy and full employment should generally cause inflation, or rising interest rates, or both.

They may let a seller suffer less who carried back a second.Assuming there is an agreement for the second to cut the debt, restructuring it later, dealing fraudulently with a lender to influence them in taking a loss won't be something you want to do.

I will however need to learn to systemize finding buyers beyond my spirit of influence as that will run dry from only living in GA for 2 years.It's going to be fun talking to the brokers and finding the shoe that fits best.
