I’m extremely excited to have landed my first project!

I supplement my possibly-too-frequent indoor habit with passions for travel, food, hiking, snowboarding, and live music.I discovered BP through a friend who mentioned his desire to start investing in real estate away from the west coast.

Rental demand is super high right now, but I've found that November and December are not the best months due to holiday travel and holiday budgets.

Hi Everyone,I am very excited to be part of this community.

The owner’s wife decided he needed to get a life and retire from owning the property so he could travel the world with her and live closer to their son in Washington.

I'm excited to finally be here, I've been studying YouTube Videos, Books, Forums, Groups on Social Media, and BP etc...I have a background in Management, Sales and a professional in the IT Community.

The wife and I both have careers that keep us pretty busy and traveling on occasion, so we will most likely need a property manager/contractors up front.

I'm changing over to mini-splits for both heat and A/C and I couldn't be more excited to put that cost with the tenants and give them control over their own heat AND offer A/C.
