I have worked with many agents in California and they have liked my work style but going out of state became more a challenge but I do enjoy figuring out this core 4 and fine tuning it.

So to make the smart choices, one has to spend time educating themselves to learn a specific niche within real estate - it should be a niche that interests them and that will allow them to apply the skills they have and enjoy using the most.

I am building a talented team that I enjoy working with.

(sheet-rock, texture/paint, flooring, fixtures, cabinets, etc...).I have done 5 rehabs on previous properties of mine, with 2 of them getting down to the studs and enjoy getting to do a lot of the work.

It’s been a really smooth process, at the end of the majority of units there will be a study sheet you can bookmark to look back on when preparing for your test, you can do it right at home and they give you a great timeline to do so, I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far.
