When I am not working my 8-5 business development job, I enjoy being a dad and/or playing soccer.

It was a perfect opportunity for me.From my experience, the person this model of investing is most suited for is that person with a job, that they really enjoy doing and don't want to be a inundated with all the intricacies of investing and being a landlord, but understand and can use all the benefits owning real estate long term provides.

My fiancé and I are just starting out on this endeavor and looking for a good network of experienced and knowledgable people who have had enjoyable success.
