Currently met lender  who offers extremely good terms. 7% int only split over 2 years.

I currently use their integration with Pricelabs and RemoteLock.

So the lessons here are that until rates come down, most houses for sale at current market rates will not cash flow (well) where they are worth buying in todays market. 

I currently have an off-market listing in Plainfield, IL. 

But 15% down, plus reserves, I think, is in the current Eligibility Matrix.

Offer the tenant a buyout having them pay the current month’s rent and the next month and return the security deposit.Are these my only  two options?
