As others have mentioned your FICO will pop back up after you repay it... but what if a really good deal comes along during those 18months and you have to lock in higher interest rates for a 30 year loan b/c your % credit utilization was too high.

Trying to determine a consistent, low cost lead generation strategy and sticking with it.I find myself dipping into using different lists (tax delinquent, code violations) and driving for dollars and also looking to do bandit signs.I need to pick a strategy and stick with it until I get my first deal or 2, then use some of the money to start a direct mail campaign which is a common them among the successful wholesellers on the BP podcasts.

If it's electric, you need a public meter as well if the building has any common electric outlets, lights, etc.Also, you might only have 3 parking spots or less in the eyes of a zoning board -- vehicles need maneuvering room and can't be tandem.2.
