I'd probably combine the income from both properties though to see if the numbers worked out with both loans. with the second one if your trying to pull off 100% financing, good luck, you can pull it off every now and then, but you need to find a really great deal to make it work.

The worst thing that can happen is a combination of market really really crashing and you needing cash desperately, say you lose your job or something like that.
