Hello Bigger Pockets Family, I’m looking to invest in real estate as well as start my own property management company I have my LLC already .

In Tampa, If it is a nice property in a desirable location with ample amenities it would certainly outperform LTR unless not managed correctly.As far as getting the reservations cancelled from Airbnb - they are being very tough with this recently. 

Have a str and looking to learn self manage.

Any tips on managing the property efficiently, especially considering my limited time and technical skills?

But, per this recent Top Complaints piece in NC REC news, "transaction coordinators" (TCs) could be considered a star in the closing show: "Brokers may also utilize the services of a transaction coordinator to assist them with managing administrative aspects within the transaction.

We use Booking Pal as a Channel Manager and our properties are on Google Vacation Rentals. 

You likely won't be able to offset the rental loss with your W-2 income unless you can claim real estate professional status or operate it as a STR and self-manage it.The answer won't change even if you own the property inside of an LLC.Best of luck.
