I wanted to get the opinion of others on what the best strategy is to deploy capital back into the properties to in order to reduce our taxable income while also continuing to build wealth.

Here's what I got going on so farCreated my Company "Coastal Sunrises" which focuses on STR Management/co-hosting, and am in the building process right now for my systems and I'm essentially looking to build every one of them to scale with so I am okay with taking a hit to profits immediately if that means paying employees/va's while I'm not managing a ton of properties.

RE investing is about building wealth and taking action to get there. 

If you understand that and are hoping to just offset some of your expenses in owning a home then I see no greater place for appreciation and wealth building other than South Florida.

But if you want to go faster, there are two things that will help by getting your foot in the door with house hacking.First, is over time you'll build equity and can eventually refinance and take that cash to use as down payments.Second, if you want to use private lenders, virtually all of them other than family and close friends will want to see a track record.
