Thank for sharing this classification list, this helpful as I've seen the various 'classes' of homes but never really looked into the definition of each one.

We too were forced to convert the land contract into a note and mortgage, at a huge reduction in the loan balance I might add as well. 

The interest rates are definitely making it a hard market to get into.
