I built about 35 homes in Hood River a few years back that town is booming.. fix and refi would be quite good there.. and if its allowed Airbnb would rock 6 months of the year or so.. just advertise in wind surfer magazine.. plus its a really cute town.. 

It's ok now that tourism is booming but it there's a significant downturn in tourism, I'm not sure how you'll get rental income and how you'll sell your property at a profit if it doesn't make you any money.

There's a market for everything though you just need to look up cash buyers who have purchased mobiles on leased land and boom, those are your buyersIf it has comps you can wholesale it

Don't push yourself out too far that you can't take advantage of the coming rental market boom.

Hi Martin, Its a No brain, CALI is Cali near SF, booming area, and you know it well you buy that for $250k now i am sure it will appreciate, buy in cleveland i cant say the same. simple and to the point my humble opinion.

That's a booming market with great upside potential.
